- Just noticed, your profile said McDonough GA.... I have a daughter who lives in Atlanta, that assist sellers and homebuyers from Buckhead to McDonough, Mt. Zion, etc. She has worked with first time homebuyers, and with Government programs that assist them. I live in Florida, so working with her would be easier. Her name is Michelle Pleasant, her e-mail address is michellepleasent@yahoo.com. Many of these programs are funded by HUD. Many require a certain income level. However, under Obama's new stimulus bill, there may be many new programs that you may qualify for without stringent income requirements.
