Where are you living and how do you like it there?
I am a lifelong resident of New Orleans, which is in my opinion, a beautiful city. People who live here complain about moving to other cities because not much is being done in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. EVERY MONTH IS BLACK HISTORY MONTH!

OH MY BLACK NATION
By Sister Siebra Muhammad

Oh my black nation
Nothing can come between us
Sometimes we fight, but always make it right
Oh my black nation
You're my best friend and soldier
For you I'd give my life

Black bird my mighty nation
We struggle with everything
Oh, my black nation
Keep flying never don't stop
And keep rising to the top, together

I promise, protect you
Cause you are my black nation
Whenever you need, you can call on me
Cause you are my black nation
Cause you are my black nation baby

Oh my black nation
Nothing can come between us
Sometimes we fight, but always make it right
Oh my black nation
You're my best friend and soldier
For you I'd give my life

We are blood siblings
Hard as rock
When your life is hard for you
Ima always be there for you

We will stay here forever, We sing this song together
We will stay here forever, We sing this song together
Cause you're my black nation

Oh my black nation
Nothing can come between us
Sometimes we fight, but always make it right
Oh my black nation
You're my best friend and soldier
For you I'd give my life

More than words
this is how we are
Oh, my black nation
We sing forever
We sing forever

I promise, protect you
Cause you are my black nation
Whenever you need, you can call on me
Cause you are my black nation
Cause you are my black nation baby

Oh my black nation
Nothing can come between us
Sometimes we fight, but always make it right
Oh my black nation
You're my best friend and soldier
For you I'd give my life
