Hi Sharon,
If you have time look for belly dance classes in your city. Belly dancing works the core muscles(abs) as well as the rest of the body(legs, hips, arms, chest, and neck). You will see results within four classes, if you take classes twice a week. Plus it is a change from a routine that can get boring from time to time. You meet ladies that want to do the same as you...tighten and tone. Plus it is fun! if you do not find a class....there is a website with the Belly Twins( Meena and Veena) where you can get the dvds or go to your local video/music store and see if they have them. If you don't find anything let me know and I will get you a copy of what I have.

Thanks Sharon for accepting. I work about 15 miles north of Tanger Outlet and I live in the same county, but way up at the top. I used to travel to Macon for business all the time, but don't get there anymore. I'll be planning a booksigning down that way some time in March. I'll keep you posted.

Hi Sharon,
I saw your profile on fit sisters. I hope that I can help with flattening the belly. Belly dance classes if you can find them in your area. I fell in love with it when i attended an eight week class and lost two inches off waist in two weeks and lost four inches off hips in the same amount of time. Classes were twice a week. Hope it helps

I saw you on the bookclub page. If you're looking for a good read without sounding too arrogant I'll suggest my novel, Secrets and Lies. There is an excerpt at both locations, but there's a bit more on the blog site including some short stories about the characters so you get more of a sense of my writing style. I also have quite a few reviews on Amazon. You can see what other think by clicking here.

I see Jacquelin Thomas is one of your favorite authors. She read the novel and wrote an endorsement for me. If you like Jacquelin's work, you'll like mine for sure.
